Dream Buddy（夢話夥伴）是一款以 AI 產生簡短夢境風格回覆的陪伴應用程式。本政策說明我們如何處理資料。

1. 我們處理的資料

• 對話內容：你輸入的文字會透過加密連線傳送至 AI 推論服務，以產生本次回覆。
• 匿名裝置識別資訊：應用程式使用隨機裝置識別資訊維持每日訊息額度與服務安全，不與姓名或 Email 連結。
• 使用量：我們記錄裝置當日已使用與免費加贈訊息數量，以執行額度功能。

應用程式不要求帳號，也不主動收集姓名、Email、電話、精確位置、聯絡人、相片、相機、麥克風或廣告識別碼。

2. 使用目的

資料僅用於產生 AI 回覆、執行每日額度、維護服務安全與排除錯誤。我們不販售對話內容、不以對話內容投放廣告，也不將其用於廣告個人化。

3. 第三方服務與廣告

AI 回覆由 EClaw AI Platform 提供。本版本不包含 AdMob 或其他第三方廣告 SDK，也不會要求觀看廣告。免費加贈訊息可直接在應用程式中領取。

4. 保存與安全

對話內容僅在產生回覆所需期間處理，不寫入 Dream Buddy 的永久對話資料庫。每日使用量以匿名裝置識別資訊保存，通常於 24 小時週期後重設。傳輸採用 HTTPS/TLS 加密。

5. 兒童與健康聲明

本應用程式不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不提供解夢、心理分析、醫療診斷或治療。若你正處於困難時刻，請優先尋求合格專業人士協助。

6. 你的選擇與聯絡方式

你可以刪除應用程式以移除裝置上的本地資料。如需詢問或要求刪除與匿名裝置識別資訊相關的資料，請寄信至 bbb880008@gmail.com。

Dream Buddy is an AI companion app that generates short, dreamlike replies. This policy explains how we handle data.

1. Data We Process

• Chat text:Text you enter is sent over an encrypted connection to an AI inference service to generate the current reply.
• Anonymous device identifier:A random device identifier is used to maintain the daily message allowance and service security. It is not linked to a name or email address.
• Usage count:We record the number of messages used and free bonus messages claimed for the current day.

The app requires no account and does not actively collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or advertising identifier.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used only to generate AI replies, enforce the daily allowance, protect the service, and diagnose errors. We do not sell chat content, use it to target ads, or use it for ad personalisation.

3. Third-Party Services and Ads

AI replies are provided through EClaw AI Platform. This version contains no AdMob or other third-party advertising SDK and does not require watching ads. Free bonus messages can be claimed directly in the app.

4. Retention and Security

Chat text is processed only for the time needed to generate a reply and is not written to Dream Buddy's permanent conversation database. Daily usage information is associated with the anonymous device identifier and normally resets on a 24-hour cycle. Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS.

5. Children and Health Disclaimer

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not provide dream interpretation, psychological analysis, medical diagnosis, or treatment. If you are going through a difficult time, please seek help from a qualified professional.

6. Your Choices and Contact

You may delete the app to remove local data from your device. For questions or deletion requests related to an anonymous device identifier, email bbb880008@gmail.com.
