Dream Buddy（夢話夥伴）由 Hank Huang 提供，是以文字與 AI 夥伴聊天的應用程式。本政策說明手機、EClaw 服務端與廣告服務如何處理資料。
1. 聊天、裝置與使用量資料
- 聊天文字：同意 App 內「AI 服務與資料使用」後，送出的文字透過 HTTPS 傳至 EClaw 及其 AI 服務供應商產生回覆。你輸入的文字與收到的回覆保存在手機及服務端，用於顯示、同步和補收晚到訊息。請勿輸入身分、付款、健康或其他敏感資料。
- 裝置識別與安全： App 產生隨機裝置識別碼及存取密鑰，用於識別本裝置的紀錄、額度及驗證請求。密鑰存於系統安全儲存。無需建立使用者帳號，但裝置識別碼可連結本裝置的對話，並非完全匿名。
- 每日額度與獎勵：服務端記錄訊息使用量、獎勵驗證代碼及廣告交易紀錄，以計算額度、防止重複領取與處理錯誤。每日免費額度為 8 則，依 UTC 日期計算；完成自選獎勵廣告並經服務端驗證後加贈 6 則。額度重設不代表刪除聊天或驗證紀錄。
- 技術與診斷：連線會提供 IP 位址等網路資訊；服務端及其基礎設施會處理執行紀錄以維護服務與安全。App 的本地診斷報告包含版本、錯誤代碼、狀態及事件數量，排除聊天正文、裝置密鑰與廣告驗證代碼。只有你選擇分享時才匯出該報告。
App 不要求姓名、Email、電話、精確位置、聯絡人、相簿、相機或麥克風存取。你自行寫入聊天或寄給支援的內容仍可能包含個人資料。
2. 廣告與第三方服務
免費聊天不要求觀看廣告或允許追蹤。每日額度用完後，你可自行選擇觀看 Google AdMob 獎勵廣告。App 請求非個人化廣告，且只在啟用廣告功能時進行廣告同意流程及初始化廣告服務。拒絕或無法提供廣告時，不會憑空增加訊息額度。
非個人化廣告仍會處理資料。Google 廣告及同意 SDK 可能收集或分享 IP 位址及估算的大致位置、裝置／廣告識別碼、廣告展示與互動、當機及效能診斷，用於提供廣告、分析與防詐欺；實際資料取決於平台、裝置設定及同意選擇。聊天正文不作為廣告請求內容。Android 可在系統設定重設或刪除廣告識別碼；iOS 廣告識別碼受系統追蹤權限限制。你也可使用 App 內「廣告隱私」查看可用的同意選項。
AI 文字交由 EClaw 及其 AI 服務供應商處理；廣告資料交由 Google 處理，並可能在你所在國家以外處理。各供應商依其適用政策處理資料，我們不承諾所有供應商均不保留或不使用資料改進其服務。參閱 EClaw 隱私權政策與 Google 隱私權政策。
你可在 AI 回覆旁選擇「回報內容」，在 App 內將該回覆的紀錄編號及回報原因送給開發者審查。回報與既有聊天紀錄保存在私有服務端，不會自動公開到問題追蹤網站。
3. 保存、安全與刪除
手機保留聊天、草稿及待確認訊息，重新啟動後可繼續使用。服務端保存對話、裝置與額度／獎勵紀錄，支援同步、服務安全及問題處理；本版本沒有承諾對話在回覆後或 24 小時內自動刪除。第三方資料保存依各自政策而定。
資料傳輸使用 HTTPS/TLS；聊天在手機的一般 App 儲存空間保存，並非端對端加密聊天。裝置存取密鑰使用系統安全儲存。刪除 App 可移除其一般本地資料，但不會自動刪除服務端紀錄，iOS 安全儲存中的識別資訊也可能保留。
如需詢問、存取或刪除服務端資料，請寄信至 bbb880008@gmail.com，說明使用的 App 及請求。我們會協助確認相關裝置資料與必要的身分驗證；請勿寄送裝置密鑰、付款資料或其他敏感資訊。我們可能保留處理安全、法律義務或爭議所必要的紀錄。
4. 兒童與健康聲明
本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計。AI 可能出錯，不提供醫療診斷、治療或專業心理建議。若你認為兒童資料被處理，請聯絡我們提出查詢或刪除請求。
5. 變更與聯絡

Dream Buddy Privacy Policy

Dream Buddy, provided by Hank Huang, lets you chat with an AI companion using text. This policy explains data handling by your device, EClaw services, and advertising services.
1. Chat, device, and usage data
- Chat text: After you accept the in-app AI and data-use notice, submitted text is sent over HTTPS to EClaw and its AI providers to generate replies. Messages and replies are stored on your device and the server for display, synchronization, and recovery of delayed replies. Do not enter identity, payment, health, or other sensitive information.
- Device identification and security: The app generates a random device identifier and access secret to authenticate access to this device's history and allowance. The secret uses system secure storage. No user account is required, but conversations are associated with a device identifier and are not fully anonymous.
- Allowances and rewards: The server stores message usage, reward-verification tokens, and ad transaction records to calculate allowances, prevent duplicate rewards, and resolve errors. You receive 8 free messages per UTC day. Completing an optional rewarded ad adds 6 messages after server verification. A daily allowance reset does not delete chat or verification records.
- Technical and diagnostic data: Connections provide network information such as IP addresses. Servers and infrastructure process operational logs for service reliability and security. The app's local diagnostic report contains versions, error codes, states, and event counts, excluding chat text, device secrets, and reward-verification tokens. It is exported only when you choose to share it.
The app does not request your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access. Information you voluntarily enter in chat or send to support may still contain personal data.
2. Advertising and third-party services
Free chat does not require viewing ads or allowing tracking. When your allowance runs out, you may choose a Google AdMob rewarded ad. The app requests non-personalized ads and starts the advertising consent flow and ad-service initialization only when you activate advertising. Declining ads or an unavailable ad does not grant extra messages.
Non-personalized ads still process data. Google's advertising and consent SDKs may collect or share IP addresses and inferred approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash or performance diagnostics for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Actual handling depends on platform, device settings, and consent. Chat text is not included in ad requests. Android advertising identifiers can be reset or deleted in system settings; iOS advertising identifiers are subject to system tracking permission. The app's “Ad privacy” control opens consent options when available.
EClaw and its AI providers process AI text; Google processes advertising data. Processing may occur outside your country. Providers apply their own policies; we do not promise that all providers avoid retention or service-improvement uses. See the EClaw Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
You can report an AI reply inside the app. This sends its existing message reference and your selected reason to the developer for review. Reports and existing chat records remain private on the server and are not automatically published to issue trackers.
3. Retention, security, and deletion
Your device retains chats, drafts, and unconfirmed messages so they can survive app restarts. The server retains conversations, device information, and usage/reward records for synchronization, service security, and issue resolution. This version does not promise automatic deletion after a reply or within 24 hours. Third-party retention follows each provider's policy.
Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS. Chat is stored in ordinary app storage on the device; this is not end-to-end encrypted messaging. Access secrets use system secure storage. Uninstalling removes ordinary local app data but does not automatically delete server records; identifiers in iOS secure storage may survive uninstalling.
For questions, access, or server-data deletion requests, contact bbb880008@gmail.com and identify the app and your request. We will help identify relevant device records and appropriate verification. Do not send access secrets, payment information, or other sensitive data. Records necessary for security, legal obligations, or disputes may be retained.
4. Children and health
The app is not designed for children under 13. AI can make mistakes and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional psychological advice. Contact us if you believe children's data has been processed and wish to request review or deletion.
5. Changes and contact
